customer number (if applicable), company name, phone number, fax number, email address, PO number (if applicable), and web order number.

Please use one of the following methods to transfer art. If you have any questions or problems sending art, please call 1-800-748-6150 and ask for the art department.
Note: the fastest way to transfer art is via email or ftp.
 Email:
Send art to artwork@promodirect.com by attaching the graphics file to the email. Include your PO number (if applicable) and your web order number (on your receipt) in the body of the email. Also include your contact information so we may reach you if there are any problems with your art.
 US Mail:
Send your art on a floppy disk or send your letterhead or business card to

Fax your order 24 hours a day to 1-800-748-3326. If faxing your art, please enlarge your logo as big as possible for better reproduction.
